Optional home-update emails require a separate opt-in and email confirmation. We store your email, selected home identifiers, chosen daily or weekly frequency, consent wording and timestamps, and delivery history to provide these updates. This does not enroll existing leads or enable ongoing browsing tracking. Every update includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops future home updates. A minimal suppression record is kept to honor that choice.
SWMO Residential (“we”) collects information you submit through our lead form (name, phone, email, preferences) to respond to your real estate inquiries and send property information.
We do not sell your personal information. We may use your contact details to call, text, or email you about homes and related services. Reply STOP to opt out of texts where applicable.
Saved and recently viewed homes are kept on your device. If you select the optional sharing checkbox when submitting an inquiry, a limited snapshot of those homes is included with your inquiry for Jordan and your assigned authorized SWMO agent. This choice is separate from contact consent, is off by default, and does not enable ongoing account tracking. You may request deletion using the number below.
The CRM displays an explainable buying-interest indicator based on shared home activity and explicit actions such as property inquiries and tour requests. It is not a probability of purchase, a credit or qualification assessment, or a basis for denying service. Anonymous visitor activity is not used to identify a lead by IP address.
